 He was very knowledgable and explained why our dishwasher was back flowing into our garbage disposal. He even rigged up the line to help with draining until the plumber could get here. He installed the control panel and another part successfully as well. Would recommend to family and friends! He EVEN came out on a holiday (MLK Day).
